Templates for coaches and consultants
Nine templates for a coach, a consultant or an advisory firm, checked page by page in their live previews on 3 November 2026, with what each one has and what it leaves out.

The best Framer template for an executive or leadership coach is Principal Career: $39, with a page for each programme, prices on the page, a results page and a booking form. For a free start, The Counsel suits a coaching or advisory practice that takes enquiries, and Margaux Hart a coach who sells programmes. For consultants, Perspectiva suits one person and Tallis or Keel Partners a firm.

Checked November 2026.
The short version
- Coaches: Principal Career ($39) for executive coaching, Embers ($99) for life and relationship coaching, Rostra ($49) for speaking coaching, Margaux Hart (free) for programmes and a membership.
- Consultants: Perspectiva (free) for one person, Tallis (free) for a small advisory firm, Keel Partners ($69) for a strategy firm, Polaris ($49) for admissions mentoring.
- The Counsel (free) suits any coaching or advisory practice that takes enquiries rather than bookings.
- Principal Career, Embers and Tallis use more CMS collections than Framer's Basic plan allows, so your own domain needs Pro.
How I picked these
I read about 60 listings in the Framer Marketplace's Consulting, Coaching and Professional Services categories and in searches for coach, coaching, consultant, consultancy, advisor, life coach and business coach. Then I went through 32 live previews page by page on 3 November 2026, at desktop and phone width, and followed the Book and Contact buttons to see where they go. Page counts include each CMS layout once and the 404 where there is one, as I count my own.
- Built for the job. What you offer, who it is for, proof that it works and a way to start.
- Phone layouts. Every pick stacks to one column with no sideways scrolling.
- A real next step. A form, a calendar or a clear contact page, not a dead button.
- Easy to edit. Clear sections and shared styles.
- Honest pricing. Free means the whole site.
- Recently made or maintained. Every pick was published or updated in 2026.
I make and sell Framer templates on Openfile, and some of mine are on this list. I've tried to be fair; the others are here because they're good.
The Counsel: best free template for a coaching or advisory practice
The Counsel is one of mine, and it is free. It is for a private practice whose work runs on trust: calm and editorial, in forest green and antique gold, with an approach page, a page on what an engagement holds, and two programmes, one to one and a twelve-week cohort.
- Price: Free
- Pages: 10: home, approach, inside the work, programmes, request a conversation, contact, journal, journal article, privacy and a 404
- CMS: Yes, the journal
- Notable sections: origin story and team, the six parts of an engagement, who the work is for, client quotes with outcomes, a multi-part enquiry form, a newsletter signup on the journal
Good
- The enquiry form asks for the role, what they are leading now, the programme and the team size, so each request arrives with context.
- One collection, so it fits Framer's Basic plan with room for a second.
Watch out for
- No prices and no FAQ section. Add a starting price if your clients expect one.
- No booking calendar. Every Request a Conversation button opens the form, so add Cal.com or Calendly if clients book straight in.
Principal Career: best for an executive or leadership coach
Principal Career is built for a coach who sells a few large engagements. The sample coach, Helena Marsh in London, offers three programmes with prices on the page and a page for each, plus a results page, a speaking page for keynotes and team sessions, and a journal of insights.
- Price: $39
- Pages: 12: home, coaching, programme, results, about, insights, article, speaking, book a call, privacy, terms and a 404 (the listing also says 12)
- CMS: Yes, nine collections, from programmes and insights to testimonials and the FAQ
- Notable sections: who it is for, a four-step method, programme cards with prices, results with figures, testimonials, FAQ, a booking form
Good
- Prices are visible: £9,600 for a 14-week programme, £2,400 a month for the core year and from £38,000 for team coaching in the sample.
- The booking form asks what the call is about (a new role, the exec team, a board relationship) and the best time of day, so the first reply can offer times.
- The phone number and email are links on every page.
Watch out for
- Nine collections means Framer Pro for your own domain, $30 a month billed yearly. Basic allows two.
- A long home page on a phone, about 23,000 pixels, because the programme panels and quotes pin as you scroll.
Margaux Hart: best free template for a coach who sells programmes
Margaux Hart is for a coach with several ways in. The sample brand coach sells a VIP day, a 12-week group programme, a $37 monthly membership and six months of one-to-one coaching, all priced on one page. It reads like a fashion magazine, in deep red and cream with a handwritten script.
- Price: Free
- Pages: 11: home, about, work with me, programme, book a call, contact, blog, blog post, privacy, terms and a 404 (the listing says 9)
- CMS: Yes, the blog
- Notable sections: offers with prices, a programme page with the curriculum, a payment plan and an FAQ, client result cards, a free workbook signup, a booking page, a newsletter signup
Good
- The Book a call page has a live Cal.com calendar, with what to bring and what happens after.
- The workbook signup gives people who aren't ready to book a reason to leave their email.
Watch out for
- Some copy needs fixing: the VIP day's description is repeated on the group programme card, and the about page has a strip of brand results that reads like a design studio's.
- The calendar shows the template maker's own Cal.com event, so point it at yours before launch.
Embers: best for a life or relationship coach
Embers is for a coach who works with individuals, couples and small groups, and would rather sound like a person than a sales page. The sample coach, Maya Ellis in Portland, lists four ways in on the Book page, each with a price: a free 20-minute call, a $180 session, a $240 couples session and a $65 group circle.
- Price: $99
- Pages: 8: home, coaching, about, book, journal, journal article, contact and a 404
- CMS: Yes, three collections: the journal, rates and testimonials
- Notable sections: three coaching formats with what tends to change, rates beside a calendar block, FAQ, a journal with topic filters, a contact form, a newsletter signup
Good
- Rates and testimonials sit in the CMS, so, as the listing puts it, one edit updates every page that shows them.
- The listing says the booking block has an embed version for Calendly, TidyCal and similar schedulers. I didn't test it.
Watch out for
- It was published the day before I checked it, so it has no history of updates yet.
- Three collections means Framer Pro for your own domain, as the listing says. And it is the dearest pick here.
Rostra: best for a public speaking or communication coach
Rostra is one of mine. It is for a one-to-one speaking coach who gets people ready for presentations, pitches, keynotes and interviews, in deep green and mint with painted photographs. The pricing page sets out three plans side by side, with team workshops below.
- Price: $49 Standard, $79 Pro
- Pages: 10: home, services, pricing, FAQ, contact, blog, article, privacy, terms and a 404
- CMS: Yes, articles and FAQs
- Notable sections: a painted hero with metric cards, three feature showcases, results, three plans, team workshops, testimonials, a FAQ page in three groups, a contact form
Good
- The sample prices are on the page, $180 a session, $640 a month and $1,750 for three months, with four reassurance cards and the questions people ask before they book.
- Two collections, so it fits Basic.
Watch out for
- No about page or coach bio. Add one, because clients hire the coach as much as the method.
- Every Book a free call button leads to the contact form, not a calendar. Add Cal.com or Calendly if you want calls booked straight in.
Perspectiva: best free template for an independent consultant
Perspectiva is for one consultant who wants to look like a considered boutique rather than a big firm. The home page makes the whole case: four services, a side-by-side of how the work differs from traditional consulting, a philosophy, testimonials and an FAQ, set against abstract marbled artwork.
- Price: Free
- Pages: 7: home, insights, article, contact, privacy, terms and a 404
- CMS: Yes, the insights
- Notable sections: services, a comparison with traditional consulting, philosophy, testimonials, FAQ, insights, a contact form
Good
- Short and clear. One long home page and a journal is often all a solo consultant needs at first.
- Testimonials carry names, roles and companies, and the FAQ covers how long an engagement runs and what happens in a first conversation.
Watch out for
- Every Book my free call button points at the template's own link. Repoint them to your contact page or scheduler before launch.
- No prices, and the comparison lists "Pressure and firefighting" on both sides.
Tallis: best free template for a small advisory firm
Tallis is the fullest free template I found for a small firm. The sample, an advisory firm in Chicago, publishes its fees on a page of their own, from $4,500 for a two-week diagnostic, and has a page for each service, case studies, a team, insights, and a contact page with a booking calendar and a form.
- Price: Free
- Pages: 15 by my count: home, services, three service pages, pricing, work, case study, about, insights, article, contact, privacy, terms and a 404 (the listing says 18, adding a thank-you page, a guide and a design system page)
- CMS: Yes, six collections: case studies, insights, team, testimonials, FAQs and legal pages
- Notable sections: fees with a comparison table, a three-step process, case studies with figures, testimonials, FAQ, a free health-check signup, a Cal.com embed and a form on Contact
Good
- The pricing page shows what each format includes and how long it runs, side by side.
- The phone number is a call link on every page, and the health-check signup on Insights gives readers a next step short of a call.
Watch out for
- Six collections means Framer Pro for your own domain.
- It was published eight days before I checked it, and the calendar on Contact shows a sample Cal.com address until you connect your own event.
Keel Partners: best for a strategy firm that sells on case studies
Keel Partners is for a firm that wins work on proof. Six case studies each have a page with key facts, a before-and-after result, the question, the findings and the outcome, and every page switches between light and dark with a toggle in the nav.
- Price: $69
- Pages: 11: home, services, case studies, case study, insights, article, about, contact, terms, privacy and a 404
- CMS: Yes, case studies and insights
- Notable sections: results in numbers, four services with deliverables, length and team, case studies with a service filter, partners and team, articles with a table of contents, FAQ
Good
- The contact form asks what decision is on the table, so the first call starts in the right place.
- Two collections, so it fits Basic, and the phone number is a call link on every page.
Watch out for
- No prices. The services say fixed fee, but not how much.
- The copy is written for mid-market chief executives and private equity owners, so a solo consultant will rewrite most of it.
Polaris: best for an admissions or education consultancy
Polaris is one of mine, written for a mentor who guides STEM students to funded Master's and PhD places. Under the subject, the structure suits any consultant who sells packages and books calls: services, a process, three priced packages, results drawn as charts, the founder, student stories and a calendar.
- Price: $49 Standard, $79 Pro
- Pages: 5: home, services, contact, journal and journal post
- CMS: Yes, the journal
- Notable sections: a results band with a dot grid of offers and a chart of admits, the founder, student stories, FAQ, six services, a four-step process, three packages, a Cal.com calendar
Good
- Every booking button leads to a live Cal.com calendar at the foot of the home page.
- The contact form asks for the degree, the field and the target countries, so a reply can be specific.
Watch out for
- Five pages and no about page. The founder has a section on the home page, so add pages as the practice grows.
- The calendar shows Cal.com's public demo event. Point it at your own before launch.
What a coach or consultant website needs
Most visitors want to know what you do, whether it works, who you are, what it costs and how to start. Here is the list I'd hold any template against, and which picks show each item in their preview. A missing name means I didn't see it, not that you can't add it.
| What it needs | Why | Picks that have it |
|---|---|---|
| Services or programmes, each explained | People buy a format before they buy a person | All nine. A page for each programme or service: Principal Career, Tallis |
| A way to book a call | It is the step every other page leads to | A Cal.com calendar: Margaux Hart, Tallis, Polaris. A calendar block: Embers. A form: The Counsel, Principal Career, Rostra, Keel Partners. Buttons to repoint: Perspectiva |
| Testimonials or results | Proof does more than polish | All nine. Case studies with their own pages: Tallis, Keel Partners |
| About and credentials | Clients hire the person or the partners | The Counsel, Principal Career, Margaux Hart, Embers, Tallis, Keel Partners. A section on the home page: Perspectiva, Polaris |
| Prices or from prices | Hidden prices cost you calls with the wrong people | Principal Career, Margaux Hart, Embers, Rostra, Tallis, Polaris |
| A lead magnet or newsletter | Most visitors aren't ready to book yet | A free download: Margaux Hart, Tallis. A newsletter: The Counsel, Margaux Hart, Embers |
| An FAQ | It answers the doubts that stop a booking | Principal Career, Margaux Hart, Embers, Rostra, Perspectiva, Tallis, Keel Partners, Polaris |
If you book calls through Cal.com or Calendly, embed it on the contact page or link every Book button to it, and test each one on a phone. If every engagement is scoped, a form that asks the right questions does the same job, as The Counsel and Keel Partners show.
How to choose
- An executive or leadership coach: Principal Career, on Framer Pro.
- A life or relationship coach: Embers. A speaking coach: Rostra.
- A coach who sells programmes, a membership and one to one: Margaux Hart.
- Any practice that takes enquiries rather than bookings, on no budget: The Counsel.
- An independent consultant: Perspectiva. A small advisory firm: Tallis, or Keel Partners if case studies are what win you work.
- A consultancy that sells packages to students or families: Polaris.
Start from what a visitor should do first, then compare the page lists. Choosing a Framer template by the job walks through it, the consulting templates are in one place, and the best free Framer templates has more that cost nothing. If you are building the site for a client, Standard or Pro explains which licence you need.
What to change first
- Set your colours and fonts in the styles before you touch a page.
- Replace the sample programmes, prices and testimonials first. Visitors read those.
- Point every Book button at your own calendar or form, and test it on a phone.
- Write your own about page, with a real photograph.
What to change first when you remix a Framer template has the full order, and how CMS collections work in Framer explains why the collection count decides your plan.
Questions people ask
Which Framer template is best for a coach?
It depends on who you coach. Principal Career suits an executive coach, Embers a life or relationship coach, Rostra a speaking coach and Margaux Hart a coach who sells programmes. The Counsel is a free option for any practice that takes enquiries rather than bookings.
Is there a free Framer template for consultants?
Yes. Perspectiva suits an independent consultant and Tallis a small advisory firm, and both are free on the Framer Marketplace. The Counsel, free from Openfile, suits a coaching or advisory practice. Your own domain still needs a paid Framer plan, from $10 a month billed yearly.
Can a Framer site book calls?
Yes, with a scheduler. Framer forms collect enquiries, and Cal.com or Calendly can be embedded on a page or linked from every Book button. Margaux Hart, Tallis and Polaris already have a Cal.com calendar on the page.
Should a coach or consultant show prices?
A starting price at least, in most cases. It saves calls with people who can't afford you, and six of the nine picks show one. If every engagement is scoped, show a from price and say what changes it, as Tallis does.
Which Framer plan does a coaching or consulting site need?
Basic, at $10 a month billed yearly, puts the site on your own domain with up to 30 pages and 2 CMS collections, which covers The Counsel, Rostra, Keel Partners and Polaris. Principal Career, Embers and Tallis use more collections, so they need Pro at $30 a month billed yearly.
